Is this Safe?
Anything you do has associated risk, yet we design these experiences to be as safe as possible. Because these are real-world missions we are susceptible to outside influences. Yet, usually any inherent risks are due to actions of the participants, thus we have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to disobeying Rules Of Engagement and traffic laws. Intoxication and/or drug or alcohol use is not tolerated at any level. Any participant deemed to be a risk will not participate in missions.
Are the Criminals and Crimes Real?
We use actors that behave like real suspects and commit simulated crimes in the real world. Interactions with actors will be specific to the mission. 
What age is appropriate for children?
Children must be at least 12 years of age to go on a mission with an adult. You know your children best and will know if your child is mature enough to handle apprehension. 
Do You have a Refund Policy or Guarantee?
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather, insufficient students, or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price. If you can not attend a day or weekend event, you are able to transfer/defer your registration to another event within 12 months for an administrative reschedule fee. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. If after going on a mission you are dissatisfied with your experience we will provide you a 100% refund.

Most of these missions occur in the North Scottsdale, AZ area.
What are the fitness requirements?
There are no standard fitness requirements. Participants may experience heightened heart rate and excited apprehension. You should be in overall sound mental and physical health and if you are unsure should get cleared by a medical doctor prior to going on a mission.
What equipment do I need to bring on a mission?
We provide you the necessary equipment to be successful on missions, yet you are encouraged to bring your own camcorder, optics (binoculars, etc.), tablet, etc. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal equipment. You will need a cell phone, changes of clothes, quick-change disguises, and a few other basic items that we will let you know about before you go on a mission.
